The terms you agree to when you buy or install the salon snapshot: licence scope, what our team delivers, payment, acceptable use, liability and disputes.

Welcome to Salon Snapshot for GHL ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital product and setup service — a done-for-you GoHighLevel automation snapshot built for salons, barbershops, and stylists, together with its funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, workflows, templates, and related assets (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
  • By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia.

2. Digital Product and Licensing

  • The product offered through Salon Snapshot for GHL is a digital automation snapshot plus a one-time setup/installation service for a single salon business.
  • Each purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the snapshot within one HighLevel sub-account belonging to your own salon business.
  • You may use the snapshot, funnels, workflows, and AI assets for your own salon, barbershop, or stylist business, but not across multiple unrelated businesses.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer the snapshot, funnels, AI prompts, AI agents, or any digital asset to another business or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
  • Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.

3. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Salon Snapshot for GHL package, priced at $997. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing support@salonsnapshotforghl.com.
  • Because this is a done-for-you installation, refund requests are reviewed in good faith: we ask that you allow our team to complete the setup and attempt to resolve any issue before a refund is finalized.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • After the 30-day window has passed, sales are considered final. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to maintain an active HighLevel account capable of importing the snapshot, and to ensure the snapshot, funnels, AI tools, and workflows fit their salon's business needs.
  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper configuration, or failure to achieve specific results from our product.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to view product demos, schedule a consultation, or contact us at support@salonsnapshotforghl.com prior to purchase.

5. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share, distribute, or copy our content or digital products without authorization.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, digital products, trademarks, and materials provided on Salon Snapshot for GHL are the property of the Company or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued under applicable copyright, trademark, and contract laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or suitability for your individual business needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Snapshot for GHL, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services.
  • Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
  • All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Salon Snapshot for GHL regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

11. No Affiliation; Messaging Consent

  • Salon Snapshot for GHL is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HighLevel Inc., Meta, Google, Vagaro, Fresha, GlossGenius, or any other booking platform or software vendor. We are not a booking platform ourselves.
  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email, SMS/text, voice, and AI-assisted messaging. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of text messages. See our SMS & Messaging Policy and Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
